We are located on 201 South Lasky Drive, south of Little Santa Monica Boulevard. Little Santa Monica Boulevard runs parallel to Santa Monica Boulevard (one block south). Our office is located southwest of the intersection of Wilshire and Little Santa Monica Boulevards.

• Get onto Century Boulevard going east, then take 405 San Diego Freeway North
• Exit at Santa Monica Boulevard and turn right, going east
• Turn right onto Avenue of the Stars and make an immediate left turn onto Little Santa Monica Boulevard
• After three blocks, Turn right onto onto Charleville Boulevard going east..
• After you pass Durant Drive, Turn right onto Lasky Drive.
• The Lasky Clinic is on the right (west) side of the street.

From Burbank Airport (BUR):

• Get onto Vineland Avenue, going south
• Take the 101 Hollywood Freeway going south (towards Los Angeles)
• Exit at Highland Avenue / Hollywood Bowl and merge onto Cahuenga Boulevard (west) - Cahuenga becomes Highland Avenue
• Turn right onto Santa Monica Boulevard and travel west for approximately 4½ miles
• Turn left onto Bedford Drive and make an immediate right turn onto Little Santa Monica Boulevard
• After you pass Wilshire Boulevard, Turn left onto onto Charleville Boulevard going east.
• After you pass Durant Drive, Turn right onto Lasky Drive.
• The Lasky Clinic is on the right (west) side of the street.

From Ontario International Airport (ONT):

• Get onto North Way traveling north
• Take the 10 Freeway West to the 10 Santa Monica Freeway West
• Exit at Robertson and turn right, travel north for about three miles
• Turn left onto Wilshire Boulevard until you get to the intersection of Wilshire and South Santa Monica Boulevards
• Turn left (west) onto Little Santa Monica Boulevard
• Turn left onto onto Charleville Boulevard going east.
• After you pass Durant Drive, Turn right onto Lasky Drive.
• The Lasky Clinic is on the right (west) side of the street.

From Hollywood:

• Take Vine Street or Highland Avenue going south, turn right onto Santa Monica Boulevard and travel west for about four miles
• Turn left onto Roxbury and make an immediate right turn onto South Santa Monica Boulevard
• After you pass Wilshire Boulevard, Turn left onto onto Charleville Boulevard going east.
• After you pass Durant Drive, Turn right onto Lasky Drive.
• The Lasky Clinic is on the right (west) side of the street.

From Universal City:

• Take the 101 Hollywood Freeway South (towards Los Angeles)

• Turn left (west) onto Little Santa Monica Boulevard
• After you pass Wilshire Boulevard, Turn left onto onto Charleville Boulevard going east.

From Burbank without taking the Freeway:

• Get onto Ventura Boulevard and travel west
• Turn left onto Coldwater Canyon South, which will lead you to Beverly Drive
• Turn right (west) onto South Santa Monica Boulevard
• After you pass Wilshire Boulevard, Turn left onto onto Charleville Boulevard going east.
• After you pass Durant Drive, Turn right onto Lasky Drive.

From Disneyland (Anaheim):

• Take the 5 Santa Ana Freeway going north to the 10 Santa Monica Freeway West
